As a Junior Controller Specialist, you will be included in the Planning & Control team dedicated to the Digital Banking Solutions Business Unit (BU DBS). You will assist in managing the financial planning and management control activities of one of the 5 areas that make up the BU DBS.
Within the Planning team, you will support the reference partner for the area of expertise of the DBS BU, providing assistance in financial analyses and decision support to drive the growth and profitability of the Area and the BU.
Main Responsibilities:
- Planning and Budgeting: Assist in annual and multi-year financial planning activities for the area of expertise, aligning with the Group's strategic objectives.
- Financial Analysis: Help prepare periodic budgets and forecasts; assist in identifying and explaining variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts. Support the BU in preparing project Business Cases.
- Management Control: Assist in monthly management closures on the revenue side, ensure the correct application of company rules and accounting principles, and help monitor key service KPIs.
- Decision Support: Provide support in financial analysis and offer recommendations to aid management decision-making.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing periodic financial reports for management, the board of directors, and investors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Experience needed:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related scientific disciplines.
- Experience: Experience in management consultancy or the Finance area is preferred, especially in multinational companies or complex environments.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of corporate finance and management control. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Understanding of accounting principles.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and provide accurate analysis.
- Approach to Work: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to summarize analysis results clearly. Positive and proactive attitude towards colleagues, problem-solving, and process improvement.
- Languages: Fluency in Italian and English.
