INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE PROGRAMME – BROADVIEW HOLDING – MANUFACTURING TRACK
Opportunity for master’s graduates (chemical, mechanical, industrial and process engineering, physics and related subjects) to become part of our group.
Ensuring continuous improvement in operations requires a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, organisational skills and analytical horsepower to manage strategic projects.
Uniting resin and fiber to manufacture functional and aesthetically attractive surfaces is not as easy as it sounds. It starts with continuous processes, such as the impregnation of kraft paper and ends with the manufacturing of batches (the number of different products that one factory makes is dazzling). At one point in the process precision in recipes, temperature and pressure could be what makes the difference; at another, it might be all about effective planning. Trainees can make an important impact by bringing the valuable experience of our factory staff together with a keen eye for sensible improvement opportunities. This could be from an engineering perspective but just as well from a safety or planning point of view.
Young talents play an important role and are appreciated for analytically challenging our current way of working.
The International Graduate Programme
The International Graduate Programme is our way of investing in young talents right out of university, while developing future leaders for the companies in our business portfolio.
Over a period of 18 months, you will work on two or three challenging projects. For example, in the area of scrap reduction, this might be building a business case for a new production line or implementing a new maintenance approach. The International Graduate Programme is the first step of an operations-focused career track within the group. If you strive to get the most out of yourself and to make an impact in an international environment, this would be a powerful start to your career.
You can read more about the program, and examples of projects and testimonials of (former) trainees, at our website.
The programme offers:
- A solid analytical basis and broad understanding of a variety of disciplines, industries and countries.
- Working side-by-side with COOs and other senior management. Frequent feedback will facilitate your development.
- Continued personal mentoring and several days of training in the Netherlands, to ensure a steep learning curve related to both personal and professional development.
- Access to an international network of ambitious young talent.
- A competitive salary including housing while on the programme.
