Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
As a VIE Graduate Program Assistant you will support the VIE Program manager primarily in managing one of our corporate graduate programs (the V.I.E. program). This program is in partnership with Business France to recruit young european talent across the globe for international missions lasting 2 years and you will contribute by:
- Working with managers internationally (across almost 23 countries) to define and promote the V.I.E. program , coordination with the Talent Acquisition team and publishing the job offers.
- Manage the VIE process: maintain the VIE dashboard and ensure a smooth follow-up with the VIEs , HRs and managers.
- Operational/Administrative Tasks : Act as HR contact of VIE hired at Liquide for the following topics : Onboarding , logistics , housing allowance , professional reimbursement .etc)
- Employer Branding : Being part of the Employer Branding and Fresh Graduates team , you'll participate and contribute to Business France Forums (physical and digital) related to Fresh Graduates event.
- Continuous Improvement Projects: Analyze areas of improvement (e.g. employer branding of the program, KPIs follow-up, animating events), propose solutions and deploy them.
