The PwC Fund Administration practice is looking to hire professionals eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment being part of a dynamic team where each member has the ability to develop both technical and relationship skills. We propose to our clients best in class technology driven solutions to deliver a full range of alternative fund administration, accounting, tax and reporting services.
Your mission, if you accept it:
Working in a team, your role will encompass participation in all areas of Fund Administration, Accounting and Tax for a variety of complex alternative structures.
Working closely with Senior Associates and Managers, your responsibilities as a Transfer Agent are to:
- Provide a high quality service to clients, ensuring all deliverables and deadline are met and in line with PwC Internal quality standards;
- Ensure all clients queries are answered in a timely manner;
- Ensure early escalation of issues to your manager as appropriate, identify areas of improvements and propose solutions/ mitigating actions;
- Process investor transactions such as drawdowns, distributions and transfers, handling all relevant payment related to investors transactions and reconciliation of bank movements;
- Perform the AML/KYC preparation, analysis and set-up of the investors’ files eg. Individual, Company, Trust, Foundation, Regulated entity and the ongoing review of the existing file;s
- Provide support to the other fund operation teams as required from time to time;
- Obtain sound knowledge of the transfer agent processes, and develop the key skills required to become a reliable member of the team;
- Build close working relationships with other teams in our Accounting and Tax practice to create synergies, tailored solutions and provide best value to our clients.
The fund administration including Transfer Agent, AML&KYC and tax professions is evolving, data management and technology become a core consideration. During your mission you will be exposed to these dimensions which will include the use of a diverse range of tools or data analytics and data driven solutions.

Let’s talk about you. If you are/have
- You are in your final year of, or already have, a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Tax, Law or related discipline, from a university or higher education institution, and you are looking for your first professional experience;
- You are motivated and eager to learn various aspects of the transfer agent profession embracing digital transformation and new ways of working;
- You are interested in the hot topics and developments in the alternative investments world;
- You are keen to work in young, fast-paced and international teams;
- You have good people skills, you like to work as part of a team and you are eager to dive into a major project where your energy, analytical skills, discipline and intellectual curiosity will drive success;
- You are flexible and independent, and you can adapt to sudden changes in working patterns;
- Knowledge of accounting softwares (e.g. Yardi), data and analytical tools (ETL, BI, Alteryx) will be considered as an asset;
- Digital curiosity and interest in technology or languages (SQL, Python..) is welcome.
- You are highly proficient in English. Speaking French or German would be considered as an asset.
