Our Global Human Resources function aligns business needs with our people strategy by creating expert solutions and driving global implementation to support our business goals.

Within the CoE, the Global Leadership Development & Engagement team plays a key role in shaping "People & Culture" by driving cultural evolvement and fostering an entrepreneurial, winning mindset. The focus are topics related to our leadership strategy, culture and framework, leadership development programs and development tools as well as leading our global engagement survey and initiatives.
Now the Global Leadership Development & Engagement team is looking for an intern:
Main responsibility:
- Support global leadership development and cultural evolvement initiatives (global roll out of new leadership standards and re-imagined core value framework), including needs / trends analysis, market benchmarking, solution proposals, presentations
- Execution of smaller PR/communication projects
- Support global engagement survey project management, e.g. global project steering, presentations, analysis and action planning
- Conduct independent research on leadership development topics
- Provide Support in day-to-day team operations.
Your Profile
- Advanced studies in business, management, psychology or communication sciences, etc.
- Enrolled during the whole internship (bachelor or master studies) respectively internship after bachelor studies in preparation of master studies (internship needs to be completed within the gap year)
- Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies
- Intelligent and highly motivated individual with high learning agility who would like to pursue HR / Consultancy professional career path
- Strong people soft skills and high maturity level on engaging with key business stakeholders
- Excellent English communication in both oral and written
- Previous working experience in Human Resources and major in HR/ psychology/ business administration is preferred
