In 2016-2017, Danone managed a huge transformation of its Finance function, and created Shared Business Services. The Finance support is now organized by geographical location in 24 “Cluster Business Services” (CBS). At worldwide and regional level, a dedicated team supports the continuous improvement of the financial processes, tools and organization.


Support the Finance Continuous Improvement team on the following projects:

  • Automation & process harmonization: contribute to the Danone strategy to build solid and standard Finance processes (Accounts Payable, Financial Control) in view of automation (SAP tcodes, Robotic Process Automation…).

  • Review of the General Ledger chart of accounts, also to facilitate the standardization of ways of working between the different Finance teams.

  • Specific focus on optimization of the Intercompany transactions.


  • We are looking for a young talent with strong commitment, good communication skills, high interest in Finance functions and Danone business. A previous experience in Finance would be appreciated (Finance Project, Finance Transformation and/or Accounting positions).

  • Strongly process oriented. Good capability to work with database / data analytic.

  • Project management: any experience would be appreciated

  • Good communication skills in view of contributing to the animation of the Finance communities

  • Languages required: English (fluent).

  • Other requirements: user of new web technologies, knowledge of Excel and Power Point. An experience of SAP and/or BI tools would be appreciated.


  • It is an international mission where you will be in close contact with teams in the different Business Services (mainly Europe, Russia, Asia & America).

  • The focus is on Project management for Finance; this mission will give a very good overview of the interactions between Finance, process design & optimization, and technologies (RPA, auto-posting…).

  • You will benefit from a proper integration and a personalized HR follow-up all along your Danone experience

  • You will receive a financial compensation from 1120€ (Bac+4 Level) to 1300€ (Bac+5 Level) gross/month
