The Head Office groups together the main cross-functional functions (marketing, legal, finance, human resources, shareholder relations, communication, etc.). The corporate teams define strategies in their field of expertise and provide assistance and advice to the various Group entities.To fulfill its missions and to reflect the diversity of the Group, the Head Office is increasingly multicultural and has an international vocation.

Reporting the Group Program Director of Leadership and Inclusion & Diversity you will be working at the crossroads of cultures, businesses and transformation.

Within Group HR department, the Employee Experience team is in charge of piloting the roadmap and deploying programs and actions in 3 areas:
  • Inclusion & Diversity, to raise awareness internally around this topic and ensure the deployment of tools and events to meet corporate objectives (gender diversity, mitigating bias in talent decisions, promoting a culture of inclusion)
  • Employee engagement, through a corporate program called My Voice, gathering feedback from employees all around the world on many topics, from which to take action
  • Volunteering, through another corporate program called Citizen at Work, allowing employees to have more impact in their local community through volunteering actions as part of their work

Your missions:

Inclusion & Diversity:

1. Program management and coordination
  • Coordinate, communicate and animate existing I&D programs, events and webinars.
  • Evaluate and analyze effectiveness of programs through feedback survey.

2. Support I&D Manager to track I&D data/dashboard, measuring progress and result.

3. Support I&D Manager in providing I&D training package, including I&D playbook for having a full view of what existing resources and initiatives we have in Air Liquide.

4. Update I&D webpage and calendar, engage the global community of HR and I&D Enthusiasts around our annual calendar of events.

5. Manage I&D shared folder to keep materials clean, organized and up to date.

Employee Engagement:

1. Take part in many coordination tasks supporting the worldwide HR network deploying the yearly engagement survey to collect feedback from employees.

2. Analyze engagement survey results (scores, comments) on many topics in order to identify expectations and areas of potential improvement.

3. Communicate about the project within the Group (internal communications articles, videos, posts in internal online communities...).

Volunteering program:

1. Take part in supporting the worldwide network deploying this program launched in 2022 and aiming for full deployment by 2025.

2. In collaboration with the Project manager, work from feedback by local teams, benchmark, best practices, etc. to develop tools and recommendations to support the program deployment.

3. Work on internal reporting, to ensure deployment objectives are met, and communicate about the project within the Group (internal communications articles, videos, posts in internal online communities...).

Your profile

Master 1, Master 2 or école de commerce you already have some professional experience and have lived abroad.

You are multicultural: bilingual

You are dependable and well-organized

You know how to work on Google suite
