Diana Ribeiro began her journey at the Eurofins Shared Service Centre in Braga, Portugal, as an intern with a bachelor’s degree in finance and has since progressed to her current role as a Junior General Ledger Accountant.

When she first joined, Diana was looking for an opportunity to learn and gain experience. What she discovered was an environment that, in her words, “truly invests in people and encourages them to grow.”

From the beginning, she felt supported in her development: “I was encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and step outside my comfort zone. The guidance from my colleagues has played an important role in my growth, and I am grateful to be part of a supportive team that trusts and inspires me every day.”

As she moved into her current role, this growth translated into both stronger technical expertise and increased self-assurance. She shares: “Today, my responsibilities give me the chance to build my professional knowledge and overall confidence.”

Looking ahead, Diana reflects on the mindset that has shaped her journey so far: “My time here has shown me that growth comes from embracing challenges and staying curious. I am excited for what comes next!”
