During the Graduate Programme, Xiaoming progressively expanded his responsibilities and influence across supply chain planning:

• Transitioned from co‑leading projects within the primary production team to taking full ownership in the production planning team.
• Actively contributed to production planning and execution, combining analytical thinking with operational decision‑making.
• Collaborated closely with product planners, production sites, and finance teams to support integrated supply chain planning.

What surprised you the most when you started your Graduate Programme at GSK?
The level of support truly stood out. From self‑development budgets to the many opportunities to connect with other Graduates across different countries, you really feel invested in from the start.

How would you describe your team's atmosphere?
Collaborative, supportive, and dynamic, with a strong sense of accountability. Everyone works together toward common goals while encouraging ownership and initiative.

How has your learning evolved since the beginning?
I progressively moved from co‑leading projects in the primary production team to taking much more ownership in the production planning team. My confidence and autonomy grew alongside my responsibilities.

How has this experience influenced your career goals?
It strengthened my interest in supply chain and planning roles, where I can combine data analysis with cross‑functional collaboration across product planning, production sites, and finance teams.

What advice would you give to future Graduates?
Be proactive, ask questions, and take ownership early. Those are the key drivers of both learning and personal growth.
