As semiconductor demand grows, consistency becomes even more critical.
Used to clean semiconductor wafers during chip manufacturing, electronic grade hydrogen peroxide needs to meet extremely high purity standards. As chips become smaller and more complex, even microscopic impurities can affect their performance.
That’s where our Chemistry of Consistency comes in. The high-purity grades produced in Taiwan meet the same performance, quality and consistency standards as those supplied through Solvay’s global manufacturing network.
By increasing local production, we are strengthening supply closer to our customers while maintaining the consistency advanced semiconductor manufacturing requires.
