  Successful closing of the Target Gender Equality Accelerator 2025-2026!

  We are proud to have successfully completed six months on the French track of the United Nations Global Compact Target Gender Equality Accelerator, a programme that supports companies in advancing gender equality in line with the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), of which Symrise is a signatory.   Bay Oil from Madagascar

  Introduced to the Symrise palette in 2022, this exclusive essence of Pimenta racemosa was developed with Lautier 1795, from leaf to oil, in the Sava region of Madagascar. Developed from a newly introduced crop, carefully adapted to Madagascar’s soil and climate, this bay oil reflects years of agronomic work and close collaboration on the ground. Harvested by hand and distilled leaf by leaf, the material reveals a warm, vibrant and complex profile. Spicy, balsamic, slightly gourmand, with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon and pepper, and a powerful eugenol-like signature.   UNFILTERED with Nicolas Beaulieu Nicolas opens up about what brought him to Symrise, what surprised him most, and how it feels to step into a new creative home. “I was looking for renewal, for a challenge, and for the pleasure of creating in a different environment. What immediately struck me is the Symrise culture. It feels authentic, agile, genuinely human. There is almost a fine fragrance start-up spirit here. People are curious, open, easy to approach. And since I’m terrible with names, maybe this time I’ll actually remember them. As for how it feels to arrive, it is probably a mix of excitement and curiosity, with a small dose of vertigo as well.” A candid beginning to a new creative chapter. And this is only the first part.   The Garden Project 🌱✨

  At the heart of the Istituto Marangoni Paris campus, a new garden now bridges history and modernity: rooted in the heritage of the old orangery and framed by the contemporary architecture of the school. Designed as a living space for encounters and inspiration, the garden unfolds in two complementary chapters:  🌿 The Perfumer’s Garden, created with Senior Perfumer Pierre Guéros and landscape designer David Burghard Les Mains dans la Terre, where fragrant and tinctorial plants resonate with the worlds of fashion, design, and art.  🌿 The Garden of Simples, inspired by medieval tradition, featuring medicinal and dye plants arranged in woven wooden squares.
