Air Liquide, in partnership with Business France, offers the V.I.E. (Volontaire International en Entreprise) program, a unique opportunity to take on meaningful responsibilities abroad while discovering new cultures and languages.

The Air Liquide V.I.E.program is a stepping stone for your international career, with missions lasting 12-24 months in one of the 25 countries where we operate. You'll join a community of over 170 V.I.E.s per year and contribute to interesting and impactful projects from day one

What We Offer

• An Exciting International Assignment: Gain professional experience abroad while discovering a new country and culture in a secure framework. You'll benefit from a protective public status and quality social coverage.

• Competitive Financial Package: Receive a non-taxable monthly allowance ranging from €1,600 to €5,000. Your round-trip travel, visa fees, and luggage fees are also covered. Depending on the country, housing costs may also be included.

• Professional Growth: Develop your skills through professionalizing missions, internationalize your network, and master a foreign language. In 9 out of 10 cases, the V.I.E. program leads to a job offer.

• Flexibility:  You are entitled to 2.5 paid days off for every month worked.

About You

You are motivated, adaptable, and ready for a new challenge. We're looking for candidates who are:

• Citizen of Europe Economic Area including Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein
• Below 28 years of age
• Graduated with a Master’s degree
• Passionate about working with people from different backgrounds and cultures
• Open-minded and ready to adapt to a new environment and ways of working
• Appetite for challenges and eager to drive changes in the organisation
