Join Capgemini Canada and contribute to the transformation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environments for a leading aerospace organization in Montreal. 

As part of a major PLM transformation initiative, you will support the analysis, evolution and optimization of business processes and PLM solutions. Working closely with business users, engineering teams and digital transformation experts, you will help ensure the successful adoption of new PLM capabilities and support the transition toward future PLM environments. 

This role is intended for candidates with prior hands-on experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environments and exposure to platforms such as 3DEXPERIENCE or Teamcenter. 

Your role 

As a PLM Functional Consultant, you will: 

• Analyze existing PLM processes and identify improvement opportunities 
• Gather and document business requirements from engineering and business stakeholders 
• Conduct fit-gap analyses between business needs and PLM solution capabilities 
• Contribute to the definition of future business processes and functional requirements 
• Support the evaluation and selection of PLM solutions and functionalities 
• Participate in user acceptance testing and solution validation activities 
• Support training activities and end-user adoption 
• Contribute to process documentation, business analysis deliverables and continuous improvement initiatives 

Your profile 

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in Product Lifecycle Management environments and business process analysis. 

Mandatory qualifications 

You bring: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field 
• 2+ years of experience in PLM, engineering systems or digital engineering environments 
• Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE and/or Teamcenter 
• Experience conducting business analysis, requirements gathering or fit-gap assessments 
• Understanding of product development, engineering or manufacturing processes 
• Experience working with business process modelling and analysis methodologies 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders 
• Fluent English communication skills

Preferred technical skills 

• 3DEXPERIENCE or Teamcenter 
• Business process modelling and fit-gap analysis 
• Product lifecycle management processes 
• Engineering change management 
• User acceptance testing and training activities

Nice to have 

• Aerospace industry experience 
• Experience supporting PLM transformation projects 
• Change management or user adoption experience 
• French language skills
