Your Missions

As a member of the Financial Controlling team, your objectives will be concrete and your responsibilities stimulating. You will actively participate in:
  • Performance analysis and financial reporting: You will contribute to the development and analysis of financial dashboards (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-flow), the preparation of monthly and annual closings, and the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Budget and forecast preparation: You will assist the teams in building budgetary processes and forecast revisions, by collecting data, performing variance analyses, and proposing adjustments.
  • Support for strategic projects: You may be involved in conducting profitability studies, business cases, or investment analyses to support the Group's strategic decisions (product launches, acquisitions, market development).
  • Optimization of financial processes and tools: You will participate in the continuous improvement of our financial processes and systems (ERP like SAP, Business Intelligence tools), contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our data.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You will work in close synergy with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT teams to understand their challenges and provide relevant financial analyses and informed recommendations.

A few skills you will develop in this role:

In-depth financial analysis, financial modeling, management control, financial reporting and communication, and knowledge of ERP tools and processes.

Your Profile
  • You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) at a business school, university (specializing in Corporate Finance, Management Control, Audit, Accounting, Financial Analysis), or an IEP, looking for a gap-year or end-of-studies internship.
  • You are fluent in English and/or French.
  • You have an excellent command of Excel (modeling, pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint. Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or an ERP (SAP) is a plus.
  • You have a highly developed analytical and synthetic mind, are rigorous, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. Your proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work in a team in a demanding and international environment will be major assets.
