Qualifications
- Testing new features and releases ahead of launch, documenting findings, and providing structured feedback to the product team.
- Contributing to product ideation and improvement - sharing observations from customer interactions, identifying recurring pain points, and helping shape the direction of our products.
- Responding to customer support tickets - troubleshooting issues, answering product queries, and ensuring customers receive a prompt and helpful experience.
- Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and product documentation to help customers get the most from our applications.
- In time, supporting the planning and rollout of our productised intranet offering to new customers.

Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a corporate or professional environment.
- Comfortable working with technology and able to learn new software tools quickly.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
- A proactive mindset and well-organised with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint is an advantage, as is experience with tools such as HubSpot and AI assistants like Claude.
- You are open to work in a hybrid mode, with 2 days at our office.
- Very good communication in English and Polish.
