EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Project Management Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to managing strategic and transformation projects for our partner companies.

You will hold a versatile position combining analysis, coordination, and project management, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Management Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing strategic projects.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Market analysis: study industries, competitors, and trends to support decision-making.
  • Information gathering and structuring: collect relevant data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Project management: track progress, deadlines, and deliverables for assigned projects.
  • Stakeholder coordination: organize and facilitate communication between the different teams involved.
  • Risk management: identify risks, anticipate potential blockers, and propose appropriate action plans.
  • Recommendation development: formulate clear and well-supported recommendations.
  • Deliverable preparation: produce presentations and executive summaries for management.
  • Implementation follow-up: support the execution of key workstreams and track their progress.
  • Modeling: build simple scenario, cost, or performance models.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with the sales, finance, and operations teams.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving project management methods and tracking tools.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying business, economics, engineering, consulting, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in project management, strategy, and solving complex business problems.
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have strong synthesis skills.
  • You understand the fundamentals of project management and planning tools.
  • You can organize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with different stakeholders.
  • You are able to quickly identify project risks and potential bottlenecks.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
