EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Project Management Intern.
In this role, you will actively contribute to managing strategic and transformation projects for our partner companies.
You will hold a versatile position combining analysis, coordination, and project management, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Management Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing strategic projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Market analysis: study industries, competitors, and trends to support decision-making.
- Information gathering and structuring: collect relevant data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Project management: track progress, deadlines, and deliverables for assigned projects.
- Stakeholder coordination: organize and facilitate communication between the different teams involved.
- Risk management: identify risks, anticipate potential blockers, and propose appropriate action plans.
- Recommendation development: formulate clear and well-supported recommendations.
- Deliverable preparation: produce presentations and executive summaries for management.
- Implementation follow-up: support the execution of key workstreams and track their progress.
- Modeling: build simple scenario, cost, or performance models.
- Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with the sales, finance, and operations teams.
- Process optimization: contribute to improving project management methods and tracking tools.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You are currently studying business, economics, engineering, consulting, or a related field.
- You have a genuine interest in project management, strategy, and solving complex business problems.
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have strong synthesis skills.
- You understand the fundamentals of project management and planning tools.
- You can organize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- You are able to quickly identify project risks and potential bottlenecks.
- You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
- You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
- A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
