This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic international commercial environment, supporting some of Europe's largest retail customers. We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive student with a strong interest in customer development, commercial performance, and data-driven decision making.

As part of the International Customer Team, you will support business analysis, customer reporting, and strategic projects across multiple European markets, working closely with Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams.

The position is part-time (approximately 15-20 hours per week), spread across a minimum of two working days.

What are we looking for?
  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field and are expected to graduate in 2028 or later.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data and business reporting.
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • You communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • You are proactive, well organized, detail-oriented, and interested in Sales, Customer Development, and the FMCG industry.

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Maintain and develop customer reporting tools and databases used by the International Customer Team.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze performance data across European markets, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Support the preparation of customer reviews, presentations, and business updates for key international retailers.
  • Contribute to strategic projects including portfolio management, category analysis, innovation tracking, and pricing initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial projects and business performance improvements.

What can you expect from Mars?
  • A hands-on learning experience in an international commercial organization.
  • Exposure to some of Europe's largest retail customers and cross-functional teams across multiple markets.
  • The opportunity to develop analytical, commercial, and project management skills through real business challenges.
  • Access to best-in-class learning and development resources, including Mars University.
  • A competitive compensation and benefits package.
