About the role
Gain hands-on experience inside a working, award-winning African NGO — with Erasmus+ funding to support you. Join Art in Tanzania (AIT), founded in 1996, for a placement tailored to your goals across project management, communications, fundraising, HR and operations, with daily supervisor support throughout.
What you'll do
- Plan and run community programs, including monitoring visits and impact evaluation
- Manage social media (50,000+ Facebook followers), video and content
- Contribute to grant proposals, campaigns and donor outreach
- Coordinate international volunteers and support local staff
- Carry out research, training and evidence-based reporting
