XAnge is a Franco-German early-stage VC firm backing 80+ startups across Europe. Our Startup Success team works shoulder-to-shoulder with the investment team, as we are their operational counterpart: while investors back the best founders, we make sure those founders have everything they need to scale. Think of us as the engine room behind the portfolio.
The Startup Success Team is victim of our own success: the volume of requests from founders is growing, our event calendar is packed, and our backlog of exciting projects keeps expanding. We are therefore looking for our next star intern to help us keep up and make things happen.
Embedded in a team of 4, working hand-in-hand with investors, founders and C-level across our 80+ portfolio companies every single day, you will:
- Answer founders’ requests. We receive ~50 operational requests per month from CEOs and C-levels on topics ranging from recruitment and finance to GTM and office management. You’ll be the first line of support: finding answers, connecting them to the right people, and delivering within 48h.
- Build new resources. Identify recurring pain points, design the right response (benchmark, workshop, framework), and implement it end-to-end to add value, at scale.
- Animate the community. Organize events (C-Level dinners, workshops, peer talks), manage our slack, and curate newsletters that people actually want to read.
- Help us ship projects from the backlog. We’re always switching from run to build, whether it is releasing a new edition of our “Blueprint” series, improving our Founder Portal, or automating our job, we need someone truly helping us build.

Preferred experience
There’s no single profile for this role. But here are a few non-negotiable:
- You’re enrolled in a Master’s program (Bac+4/5) and looking for a hands-on, quite multidisciplinary internship.
- You’re resourceful and autonomous: when you hit a wall, you find a way around it, when you do the same task more then twice, you automate it.
- You’re rigorous and organised: founders trust us with sensitive stuff, we can’t afford to drop the ball. We need someone trustworthy, with the right attitude.
- You’re are curious and want to learn: you don’t need to know everything, but you need to know how to find out.
- You love data and tools. We live in Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Zapier, n8n… comfort with these is a big plus.
- You write well in both French and English. English is our team’s working language for internal communication and external content.
