What You Will Be Doing
- Archiving approved PhD plans and evaluations
- Verifying and registering study elements in PhD programmes
- Coordinating assessment committee nominations and evaluations
- Entering data in PhDManager (our admin system)
- Creating digital PhD diplomas
You'll also help with ad hoc tasks when needed.
What We Are Looking For
To apply, you must be enrolled as a student at SDU.
We're looking for someone who:
- Can operate both in Danish and English
- Has a strong sense of data discipline
- Is detail-oriented, independent, and responsible
- Works well with others and communicates clearly in English
- Learns quickly and adapts to new systems
- Meets deadlines and keeps agreements
- Has solid IT skills and can navigate new software
- Has experience with IT systems in Danish language.
- Writes well in both Danish and English
- Understands how things work in a politically governed organization
We use WorkZone, Teams, SharePoint, Sitecore, Survey-Xact and databases - and experience in these is preferred, but not a must.

- Weekly check-ins with the PhD administrator or the Vice Head of the PhD School
- Approx. 10 hours of work per week with flexible scheduling

- Start date: 26 October 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter
- Duration: One year, with possibility of extension
- Location: SDU Odense
