EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Talent Management Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to identifying, supporting, and developing talent within the company. You will hold a versatile position combining recruitment, individual support, and talent development, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Talent Management Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in identifying, supporting, and developing high-potential profiles.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate sourcing: identify and approach profiles matching the needs of our partner companies.
  • Candidate interviews: conduct interviews to better understand candidates’ backgrounds, skills, and professional goals.
  • Talent follow-up: contribute to identifying and developing high-potential profiles.
  • Review meetings: help prepare and follow up on evaluation and development discussions.
  • Development plans: contribute to building individual progression paths.
  • Career path analysis: review candidates’ experience, skills, and aspirations to identify relevant development opportunities.
  • Needs qualification: engage with partner companies to understand their expectations precisely.
  • Candidate support: follow candidates throughout the process, advise them, and prepare them for each stage.
  • Interview coordination: organize exchanges between candidates and partner companies and follow up until a decision is made.
  • Administrative management: prepare and track documents related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality follow-up.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving workflows, ATS tools, and talent tracking.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying human resources, occupational psychology, management, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in talent management, recruitment, and supporting people.
  • You are comfortable conducting interviews and supporting a wide variety of profiles.
  • You have strong listening skills and can analyze a professional background effectively.
  • You are able to provide constructive recommendations based on a candidate’s needs and objectives.
  • You are interested in skills development and individual progression paths.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
