Interlocutor Relationship
- Is responsible for obtaining the elements necessary for reporting reports with its internal or external interlocutors, respecting the regulatory and customer deadlines
- Informs and responds to interlocutors' questions on the progress of productions and participates in synthesis meetings, as necessary
- Production of regulatory reports
Produces reports in accordance with legal liability or as part of services entrusted by the Customer
- Ensures the reliability of the consistency of the data produced
- Produces reports for supervisory authorities and clients in accordance with regulatory standards
- Overall improvement and quality of services
Ensures the availability of indicators shared by management
- Participates in the analysis of sources of production anomalies, the definition of areas for improvement and the updating of associated documents, including procedures
- Participates in the performance of the reviews and adapts the process concerned as part of a continuous improvement approach (CACEIS quality policy)
- Identifies the evolutions of information systems to meet the needs of Customers, regulatory evolutions, or even activity, and participates in the drafting of expressions of needs and user recipes
- In the context of the specificity of the local market, the Reporting Officer may be required to carry out the following tasks:
To prepare the tax return of the Sicav
- Calculate test assets for customers who have subscribed to the service
- Ensure sending and tracking of OGCs, SRRIs and performance reports for customers who subscribed to the service
