From New York, you join a specialised Anti-Counterfeiting team and extend your reach across the entire Americas region. Your missions
- Drive the Anti-Counterfeiting strategy across the Americas, from customs applications to enforcement authority training
- Build and strengthen collaboration with local authorities - customs, police and IP attachés
- Monitor online marketplaces and social media to detect and address counterfeiting activity
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation files in civil and criminal matters, alongside investigators and local law firms
- Support local teams on projects involving the Group's intellectual property rights
- Prepare activity reports and track legislative developments across the region
