EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Business & Sales Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to business development, new company prospecting, and sales opportunity follow-up. You will hold a versatile position combining business development, sales, and client relations, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business & Sales Intern at EIC, you will contribute to business growth and support the different stages of the sales process.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Sales prospecting: identify and contact new companies that could become EIC partners.
  • Business development: contribute to creating new opportunities and expanding the company’s portfolio.
  • Lead generation: research and qualify new prospects through different channels.
  • Needs qualification: engage with prospects to understand their expectations and identify relevant opportunities.
  • Pipeline management: update and monitor sales opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Client relations: contribute to managing partner companies and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Sales follow-up: conduct follow-ups and support prospects throughout the different stages of the sales process.
  • Offer presentation: contribute to presenting services and solutions adapted to identified needs.
  • Commercial proposals: assist with preparing proposals tailored to partner expectations.
  • Negotiation: support commercial discussions and contribute to converting opportunities.
  • Opportunity analysis: research markets, industries, and companies with development potential.
  • Performance tracking: contribute to monitoring sales indicators and objectives.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality follow-up.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving sales methods, CRM tools, and prospect tracking.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying business, management, marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in sales, business development, and client relations.
  • You are comfortable with prospecting and communicating with professional stakeholders.
  • You can analyze a need and identify a commercial opportunity.
  • You are able to provide rigorous follow-up across several prospects or projects simultaneously.
  • You enjoy challenges and results-driven environments.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office, collaborative, and CRM tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
