Ericsson’s Early Career Program is an 18-month journey for those who are about to graduate, have recently graduated, or have up to five years of relevant experience.

Through three rotations, including one international rotation, and visits to two key global markets, you will tackle challenges that matter, work alongside people who expect you to contribute, question, and move things forward.

This isn’t a program where you sit on the sidelines. From day one, you’re hired into a permanent role, trusted to contribute, supported to grow, and expected to make an impact.

What you can expect

A permanent role from day one: You apply for a specific role within a home unit, where you'll be permanently employed from day one. While the program takes you through different rotations, your home unit remains your long-term base at Ericsson.
Three rotations over 18 months: Build experience across different teams and business environments, including one international rotation.
Global market exposure: Experience two key markets through our market visits, understand different business realities, and broaden your global perspective.
Learning and development: Build your capabilities through hands-on experience, structured development opportunities, and new challenges.
Mentorship and a global network: Learn from experienced colleagues and mentors while building connections across Ericsson.

There are two tracks within the program:

Excellerate Leadership Track

For those interested in business performance, strategy, and commercial impact. Explore opportunities across areas such as Sales, Commercial Management, Strategy, Sourcing, Supply, Finance, and more.

Innovate Leadership Track

For those passionate about technology and building what comes next. Explore opportunities within Research, Product Development, Data, AI, and other technology-driven areas.

Both tracks offer the same 18-month program journey, with opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for curious, driven individuals who are ready to take ownership of their development and make an impact. You might be a good fit if you:

Are about to graduate, have recently graduated, or have up to five years of relevant professional experience.
Are curious, eager to learn, and open to new perspectives.
Take initiative and responsibility for delivering results.
Enjoy collaborating with others and challenging ideas constructively.
Are comfortable navigating change and stepping outside your comfort zone.
Are open to international opportunities and working in different environments.
Can start a full-time role by August 2027.
