📍 Key Programme Details 

  • Start date: September 2027 
  • Structure: you will be hired on a permanent contract, beginning with a 2-year rotational programme. You will complete two rotations across different FSQ teams. 
  • Location: you will join one of our Kerry locations across Europe. Depending on your team and function, you could be based in Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland or Denmark. Please note that you may be required to relocate as part of your rotations, therefore we are seeking candidates who are international mobile. 
  • Working model: on-site

📊 Your FSQ Journey at Kerry 

As a Food Safety & Quality Graduate, you’ll help protect the safety, quality and consistency of the products we make, while learning how strong quality systems support our customers, consumers and manufacturing teams every day. 

Across your rotations, you’ll gain hands-on experience across at least two manufacturing sites, building exposure to different process technologies, products and end markets. You’ll work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and the wider Kerry FSQ community, developing the technical knowledge and practical confidence to grow into future Quality and Food Safety leadership roles. 

You could gain exposure to areas including: 

  • Quality and food safety projects across live manufacturing environments 
  • Key performance indicators, trend analysis and continuous improvement actions 
  • Auditing, inspections and risk assessments 
  • Quality control, product specifications, analytical procedures and sampling programmes 
  • Designed experiments, capability studies and data-led problem solving 
  • Quality and safety systems, documentation and manufacturing readiness 
  • Cross-functional project work with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Health and Safety teams 

 

🔎 What We’re Looking For 

  • You’re a graduate or soon-to-be graduate, on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent in Food Technology, Chemistry, Food Science, Food Safety & Quality, Biotechnology, Science or another related field 
  • You’re ambitious, open-minded and ready to learn through hands-on, lab-based work and real customer innovation projects 
  • You’re fluent in English and ideally another language 
  • You’re excited by science, technology and new ways of working, and keen to use data, digital tools and AI thoughtfully to improve how products are developed, tested and scaled 
  • You’re eligible to work permanently in Europe 
  • You’re open to travel and relocation as part of the programme
