About the role you're considering

Invent NA continues to evolve its operating model with a strong focus on data‑driven decision‑making, transparency, and scalable internal processes. Resource Management sits at the center of this effort, partnering closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and leadership to ensure the right people are staffed on the right work at the right time and that critical decisions are informed by trusted data.

This role supports several of Invent NA’s most important internal capabilities, including staffing execution, capacity and ARVE management, and operational reporting. The role also contributes directly to the development of the Invent NA Portal – an AI-enabled, agentic-facilitated, LLM-driven tool that is being developed to improve how data is accessed, understood, and acted upon by leadership.

This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role with regular exposure to senior leadership. It provides a rare opportunity to gain deep insight into how Invent NA truly operates, while building practical experience across data, automation, and emerging AI capabilities. The skills and perspective gained in this role directly strengthen future client work and leadership readiness – returning to your practice with broader context and sharper consulting instincts.

Your role

AI, Process Automation, and Dashboarding Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the build‑out and enhancement of operational dashboards and the Invent NA Portal used by leadership to run the business
• Contribute to process improvements across Resource Management and Operations—supporting workflow automation and AI-enabled initiatives
• Support emerging AI LLM-based capabilities within the Invent NA Portal
• Help improve how insights are surfaced to enable faster, better decision‑making
• Apply strong analytical skills to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across internal functions

Resource Management Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in Invent NA staffing discussions and decision-making – partner with stakeholders to help match demand with available capacity by developing a strong understanding of the work being sold and the skills required to deliver it
• Support day‑to‑day execution of core Resource Management processes
• Act as a trusted partner to leadership by providing clear, thoughtful staffing and operational insights
• Analyze staffing, bench, and ARVE data –turning complex inputs into clear insights that influence action

Your skills + Experiences

The Ideal Candidate Will (must‑haves):

• Have experience building AI agents and automated workflows (e.g., with Anthropic's Claude, including Claude Code or Claude-powered agentic solutions) that can be applied to process improvement
• Bring a strong core consulting skillset, including clear communication and relationship‑building abilities
• Be agile, curious, and a fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment 
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to improve processes and develop creative solutions
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail while maintaining an awareness of the broader context
• Fluent English communication skills

The Ideal Candidate Might (nice‑to‑haves):

• Have a background in Operations and/or Resource Management 
• Have an interest or understanding in how large consulting organizations operate beyond client delivery
• Bring hands-on experience with Anthropic's Claude ecosystem (e.g., Claude Code, Claude in Excel/PowerPoint, MCP-based integrations) to help accelerate dashboarding and automation solutions
