We have an exciting opportunity for a Working Student (m/f/d) – Technical Support Specialist (Technician or Electrical Engineer, 6-12 months, part-time) to join our team at Honeywell in Albstadt. This position is partof our University Relations program, which aims to help students and graduates launch their careers through hands-on experience, mentoring, and development opportunities.

In this role, you will take responsibility for customer support tasks and help improve the overall experience for users of our security products. You will support technical requests, documentation and the development of self-service resources. Your contribution has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, service consistency, and the effectiveness of our support processes.

Your tasks:

  • First point of contact for technical inquiries by phone and email, with timely and professional responses
  • Practical experience on site with fire alarm systems and security systems
  • Fluency in German is required for customer communication
  • Capture and manage support requests in Salesforce/NEX, including accurate documentation
  • Assist in the creation of FAQs, technical tips, and "how-to" videos for hardware and software to promote self-service
  • Provide documentation and resources that empower customers and reduce recurring requests
  • Provide training to customers and partners on Honeywell systems and tools
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and improve support processes

Your profile:

  • Enrolled in a bachelor's degree or completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering (universities of applied sciences)
  • Practical experience on site with fire alarm systems and security systems
  • Fluency in German is required for customer communication
  • Willingness to train customers and partners on Honeywell systems and tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident in dealing with customers, including conducting training
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage
  • Language skills:
  • German: B2–C2
  • English: B2–C2
