Job Description

Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group Leadership Training team, who is in charge of supporting Generali strategy and business results as the engine to grow future global leaders, to nurture talents, to accelerate the Group's transformation, to foster diversity and inclusion across the Group and to enhance the perception of Generali as an employer of choice. The unit is in charge of designing and delivering key training and development initiatives to enrich the potential of our leaders and talents and equip them for business and future challenges.

The job holder can be based both in Milan or Trieste.

Key responsibilities of the role will include the support in:
  • the brainstorming for the design of the content and format for the programs
  • the engagement of relevant stakeholders and manage the international network of external partners
  • organizing the structure of the events, e.g. meetings, workshops, virtual events and manage invitations
  • preparing presentations and documents, using both Power Point and Excel
  • defining the communication plan of the initiatives


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Political Science, International Studies, Arts and Humanities
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • International exposure (study or work experience)
  • A sincere interest in people development
  • Prior work experience will be considered a plus

  • Relationship management skills
  • Creative, curious, with a strong attention to details and open to challenges
