You will review code correctness, identify subtle bugs, compare alternative implementations, assess complexity claims, and write high-quality reference answers that improve model performance on technical tasks.
This is remote, flexible, project-based work. No prior AI experience is required. We are looking for candidates who can combine strong technical fundamentals with sharp judgment.
