Role Summary

This is a dynamic support role focused on improving the efficiency, structure, and data reliability of the Key Accounts team. The intern will contribute to the team’s performance by supporting automation initiatives, streamlining processes, enhancing KPI tracking, and facilitating effective coordination across internal stakeholders.

The role is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, tech-savvy, and interested in operational improvement, client management, and digital tools.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the automation of trackers and KPI tools used by the Key Accounts team to improve reliability, accuracy, and visibility of performance indicators;
  • Assist in the review of audit reports (approximately 2 reports per week) and send alert emails in case of identified non-conformities;
  • Help the KA Leader bring more structure to ongoing projects by clarifying process steps, responsibilities, and timelines;
  • Support the implementation, execution, and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely delivery and reliability of results;
  • Coordinate effectively with different internal teams to ensure all relevant information is considered and properly communicated for Key Account clients;
  • Develop knowledge of industry requirements and contribute to the sharing of best practices to support the continuous improvement of audit protocols;
  • Promote an AI-first mindset by encouraging the use of AI tools and technologies in daily operations, and by supporting experimentation with AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and enhance service quality.

Side Project – Improving the Key Account Workflow

As part of the internship, you will also contribute to a broader workflow optimization project for the Key Accounts team, including:

Conducting a gap analysis
  • Identifying what information is needed by the clientSales in Charge (SIC), and Key Account (KA) teams;
  • Comparing this with the information currently available in QIMA systems and in existing trackers;
  • Highlighting gaps, duplications, and inefficiencies in current workflows.
Reviewing and improving workflows
  • Simplifying systems and tools in order to retain only the most relevant and necessary information;
  • Ensuring that critical information is presented in a clear and actionable way for both KA and SIC teams;
  • Supporting the design of more efficient and streamlined internal processes.
Objectives
  • Increase the efficiency of coordinators’ work by reducing time waste and duplication of tasks;
  • Minimize email-based requests for coordination updates and status tracking;
  • Improve the clarity, accessibility, and usability of operational information across teams.

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Strong interest in operations, process improvement, project coordination, or client service;
  • Comfortable working with data, trackers, and reporting tools;
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment;
  • A genuine enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications in operations, quality control, or client management;
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, structure information, or support decision-making would be a strong plus;
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic business environment.
