Location: Schools, centers, and partner NGOs around Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Duration: Flexible, year-round · 6–8 hrs/day, Monday–Friday

About the role
Join an award-winning program in a genuine leadership role, not an observation placement. Manage projects, mentor peers, support NGO operations, lead outreach and build institutional capacity.
What you'll do
- Coordinate community projects and track progress
- Mentor participants and facilitate cross-cultural learning
- Support grants, fundraising, reporting, and budgets
- Lead workshops and teach English or digital skills
- Build systems that help local organizations run independently
