ABOUT SAINT LAURENT

Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first fashion house to launch the concept of luxury ready-to-wear with the creation of the 'Rive Gauche' line in 1966, synonymous with youth and freedom. This change represented a crucial first step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape.

In 1999, the luxury division of the Kering Group acquired the house of Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position it at the top of the luxury universe.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Worldwide Client Development team as a WW CRM Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client development strategies within a global luxury fashion environment.

As part of the team, you will support the execution and analysis of clienteling campaigns, assist in generating targeted audiences, contribute to reporting on key performance indicators, and help develop tools and materials for client engagement initiatives. This role blends analytical tasks with operational responsibilities, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to the optimization of our client development strategies.

ROLE

  • Conduct ad-hoc campaign performance analysis
  • Ensure regular updates to Saint Laurent clienteling tools
  • Contribute to the creation of clienteling training materials
  • Support the execution of the roadmap for Clienteling Apps
  • Assist on the implementation of the Privacy Program
  • Handle requests of data cleansing
  • Provide general support to the Global Client Development department

PROFIL

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Analytical skills with proficient Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Familiar and passionate about the luxury fashion industry is a plus.

This internship position is expected to start September 2026
