We are looking for motivated students to bring fresh ideas and energy to Nike Inc’s EMEA Headquarters, where they'll have the opportunity to contribute to one of our three iconic brands; Nike, Jordan and Converse. Additionally, we are looking for students who are:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Product Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Textiles, Fashion Management, or a related field
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset
- Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly
- Passionate about creativity, design, sport, and culture
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST
- Be enrolled as a student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution
- Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027
- Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home
- You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Product Design & Creation Intern, you'll help bring innovative products and experiences to life for athletes* and consumers. Internship opportunities are available across Product Design and Product Creation, where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of footwear and apparel for the EMEA marketplace.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Support the design and creation of footwear and apparel products, from concept to launch
- Contribute consumer, athlete*, and marketplace insights to inform product opportunities and seasonal strategies
- Collaborate with Design, Product Management, Development, and Merchandising teams throughout the product creation process
- Support product presentations, sample reviews, and other tools that enable effective decision-making
- Explore new ideas, materials, and processes that enhance product innovation and consumer experiences
