We are looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our Procurement team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, analysis, reporting and process optimization. You will play a key part in supporting tasks related to ensuring efficient and data-driven Procurement function. You will act as a consultant within the Procurement department assisting our Senior Excellence Manager on our roadmap on Processes, Data, Tools and Governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive independent small projects from data crunching to analysis, solution presentation and implementation
- Assist with data analysis and reporting to support procurement decisions
- Maintain and update data in relevant systems
- Prepare dashboards and performance reports for internal use
- Support creation of RFX events in our procurement tool
- Collaborate with the team on ad-hoc tasks related to category management, suppliers, compliance etc.

About you
We are looking for someone that:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor´s or Master´s program (preferably in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or similar) with at least 2 years remaining in your studies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot tables, Vlookup, data analysis) and an interest working with data, experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong PowerPoint understanding (Thinkcell knowledge is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks
- Outgoing and proactive, comfortable engaging with colleagues, stakeholders and taking initiative.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Eager to develop skills around AI and LLM, and data visualization
- Good communication skills
- Full proficiency in English
