• You're currently studying (HR, business, communication, or something totally different but relevant)
• You have opinions on work, inclusion, or "how things should be done differently"
• You're comfortable talking to people (internally & externally)
• You take initiative (you don't wait to be told what to do)
• You like turning ideas into action
Bonus points if:

you've worked on a project, event, or side hustle

- Connect with organisations, startups & ecosystem players
- Create content that makes people want to join (not just read)
- Support workshops, events or pilot projects
- Turn ideas into something real (yes, you'll execute, not just observe)
