EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its team as an Account Manager.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the placement of international candidates, the management of our partner companies, and the development of new business opportunities. You will take on a versatile position at the intersection of business development, client relations, and recruitment, with real responsibilities from day one.

The experience takes place in Canada, within our offices in Montréal, Toronto, or Vancouver. You will be immersed in a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative play a central role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Account Manager at EIC, you will play a key role in developing our partnerships and supporting candidates throughout their journey.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Client relationship management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with partner companies while understanding their recruitment needs.
  • Prospecting and business development: Identify new potential partner companies, develop new opportunities, and maintain an active prospect database.
  • Sales process management: Manage the different stages of the sales process, from prospecting and needs qualification to follow-up and opportunity conversion.
  • Candidate interviews: Conduct interviews to better understand candidates’ backgrounds, skills, experience, and professional goals.
  • Candidate placement: Identify profiles that match company needs and present the most relevant candidates.
  • Candidate support: Guide candidates throughout the process, provide advice, and prepare them for the different stages of their journey.
  • Interview coordination and follow-up: Coordinate interviews between candidates and partner companies and ensure follow-up through the final decision.
  • Commercial proposal preparation: Prepare tailored proposals based on partner needs and contribute to the creation of customized solutions.
  • Opportunity analysis: Conduct market research and identify industries, companies, and trends with strong development potential.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with EIC’s recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality support for both companies and candidates.
  • Process optimization: Contribute to improving internal workflows, CRM tools, and account management processes.

PROFILE

  • You are currently studying business, management, marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in sales, client relations, and recruitment.
  • You are comfortable using office tools and CRM platforms.
  • You are proactive, organized, independent, and solution-oriented.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and feel comfortable interacting with both companies and candidates.
  • You are able to analyze needs, identify opportunities, and manage structured follow-up throughout a sales process.
  • You are comfortable conducting interviews and supporting a variety of candidate profiles.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the role and responsibilities.
