Your Mission
As our Video Content Creator Intern, your main playing field will be our digital platforms, with a massive focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels. Your job is to make our brand vibe, our athletes, and the trail running culture come alive in video format.
We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and highly autonomous "one-man/woman crew" who is obsessed with organic social video, comfortable in front of or behind the camera, and capable of turning a simple run into an addictive piece of content.
What You’ll Do
1. Organic Video Creation & Production- Shoot & Create: Script, shoot, and direct engaging, high-quality organic videos (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) focused on brief driven by the Communication team.
- On-the-Field Capturing: Head out to events, trail races, or community runs to capture authentic, raw, and immersive video footage.
- On-Camera Presence: Be comfortable appearing in videos or interviewing runners and athletes at races to create engaging, human-centric content.
- Mobile & Desktop Editing: Edit your videos efficiently using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut, mastering transitions, text overlays, sound effects, and pacing.
- Trend Hooking: Keep a daily eye on TikTok/Reels trends, audio clips, and formats, and adapt them instantly to our brand and the trail running niche.
- Platform Management: Publish and optimize videos across TikTok (writing hooks, selecting hashtags, choosing covers).
- Community Interaction: Engage with our audience through video replies, hopping on community trends, and monitoring what the running world is talking about.
What You Bring
- The Passion: A deep passion for trail running or endurance sports. You understand the culture, the inside jokes of the sport (D+, ultra-running struggles, aid station vibes), and the community.
- TikTok & Reels Obsession: You know the algorithms inside out. You understand hook-and-retain dynamics, what makes a video shareable, and how to build an organic community through video.
- Video Production Skills: You are highly proficient with smartphone shooting (iPhone/Android setups), framing, lighting, and audio capturing on the go.
- Editing Efficiency: You can edit quickly and cleanly. You know how to sync video to audio beats and keep viewers hooked.
- Energy & Creativity: You have a bold personality, you are not afraid to test crazy ideas, and you have the confidence to interact with people behind or in front of the lens.
