Our Source to pay (S2P) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors. We are searching for a Trainee join our accounts payable team to be part of the process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.The accounts payable specialist will have both a day-to-day impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

How you will make an impact
- Verify invoices in Smart Scan to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Process PO and non-PO invoices, as well as credit notes, in SAP in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth financial operations.
- Prepare and validate data required for Intrastat reporting.
- Resolve ad-hoc requests and manage escalations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and service quality.
- Support your direct supervisor with additional tasks and projects as required.

- You are a graduate or a student in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are a proactive team player who takes initiative in resolving issues.
