This is a fantastic opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in medical affairs, clinical study operations, and real-world evidence within a leading global healthcare company! 

On behalf of Roche Denmark, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join the Medical Center. In this role, you will provide essential operational support to the team driving our local research and patient access initiatives. You will work directly under the supervision of the Country Study Managers. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Operational Support: Assist the Country Study Managers with the day-to-day administration of medical projects. 
  • Study & Registry Assistance: Support the tracking, coordination, and documentation of Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS), Non-Interventional Studies (NIS), Real-World Evidence (RWE) generation, and Registry Research. 
  • Patient Access Support: Assist with the administrative workflows for Compassionate Use Programs (CUP) and Pre-Approval Access (PAA) requests. 
  • Documentation & Compliance: Help maintain project files, update internal databases, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
  • Medical information: Assist with literature reviews, drafting responses to queries. 
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with preparation of meeting materials, and drafting operational documents. 

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and a keen eye for detail. You are a proactive team player who is eager to learn and comfortable working with complex scientific and regulatory concepts. In addition, you should be able to identify with the following: 

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Life Sciences, such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, or a related field. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in standard office software (MS Office / Google Workspace) and comfortable learning new IT systems and databases. 
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Danish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Salary: Based on qualifications
