As part of our Smart Factory and Digital Manufacturing practice, you will support the design and implementation of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions that improve production efficiency, quality, traceability and operational performance for leading industrial organizations. 

You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, IT and business stakeholders in a multicultural environment while gaining exposure to Japanese industrial excellence and delivery practices. 

Your role 

As an Apriso Solution Architect, you will: 

• Contribute to the design and implementation of MES solutions using DELMIA Apriso 
• Support requirements gathering and solution design workshops with manufacturing stakeholders 
• Participate in the definition of solution architecture for production, quality and traceability processes 
• Contribute to integrations between Apriso and enterprise platforms such as ERP, PLM and shop-floor systems 
• Support deployment, testing and continuous improvement initiatives 
• Participate in troubleshooting and performance improvement activities 
• Contribute to technical documentation, standards and best practices 

Your profile 

This position requires prior hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Profiles without experience in manufacturing systems or industrial digitalization projects are unlikely to be a good fit. 

Mandatory qualifications 

You bring: 

• 3+ years of experience in MES implementation or manufacturing systems projects 
• Hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso 
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and shop-floor processes 
• Experience configuring, deploying or supporting MES solutions 
• Knowledge of industrial integration patterns between MES, ERP and PLM platforms 
• Experience working within manufacturing or industrial environments 
• Fluent English communication skills 

Preferred technical skills 

• Hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso 
• Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) 
• Production, quality and traceability processes 
• ERP/MES integration 
• MES implementation or transformation projects

Nice to have 

• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments 
• Exposure to Smart Factory or Industry 4.0 initiatives 
• Knowledge of ISA-95 concepts
