Les missions
Support the marketing team in driving business growth and brand excellence across the assigned market, ensuring flawless execution aligned with premium brand standards.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of in store activations, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and close collaboration with retail partners
- Manage day-to-day communication with retailers, supporting commercial and marketing initiatives
- Oversee merchandising activities, including preparation of visual materials and monitoring execution of promotional plans in-store
- Assist in the execution of brand visibility initiatives, including podiums, animations, and special in-store installations
- Support listing management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product launch timelines
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely processing and follow-up
- Lead GWP management, including planning, allocation, distribution tracking, and performance follow-up
- Coordinate with external agencies on ad-hoc projects (e.g., furniture maintenance, visual updates, POS materials)
- Prepare and distribute internal communication materials, including newsletters and marketing updates
- Monitor and process orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs
- Support merchandising operations, including stock checks of testers, POS materials, and visual elements
- Ensure high-quality translation and localization of marketing materials, maintaining brand tone of voice
RELATIONSHIPS
- Close collaboration with EPCD Marketing and Merchandising teams
- Regular interaction with retail partners and store teams
- Coordination with external agencies and suppliers

Votre profil
Key competencies & skills:
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Sensitivity to premium brand standards and aesthetics
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach
