    Oliver Wyman | OWn your Future 2024 Wrap-up

    Last week, 25 women from different backgrounds across Europe convened in Paris for an immersive weekend experience. The aspiring student candidates participated in a two-day challenge centered around a real Oliver Wyman project. They were grouped into international teams and collaborated with our consultants to create a formal recommendation. This recommendation was then presented to a jury of our partners Elie Farah, Nicolas Pette, Charlotte Provost, and Meryem Ben-Goumi. Throughout this experience, participants also had the opportunity to walk in the shoes of an Oliver Wyman consultant, unlocking their potential and getting to know our firm up close. In addition, they also had numerous opportunities for some team bonding, fostering personal connections and fun! We look forward to welcoming more candidates to our next edition!     Retour sur Start Here 2022 | Oliver Wyman

    Comme tous les ans, Start Here c'est le rendez-vous incontournable du recrutement chez Oliver Wyman !  Cette année, nos consultants ont accompagné un groupe de 16 étudiants ingénieurs à Londres pour trois jours pour se glisser dans la peau d'un consultant afin de résoudre un cas d'études créé par nos équipes.  Entre sessions de travail et visite du Tower Bridge, les participants ont pu découvrir le métier de conseil en stratégie via le suivi attentioné de nos consultants ainsi que des discussions plus informelles.  Clap de fin sur l'édition Start Here de 2022 et à bientôt pour d'autres évènements recrutement chez Oliver Wyman en 2023!

    Oliver Wyman participe aux Journées Nationales de Collecte des Banques Alimentaires

    Déjà la 9ème édition du Volunteer Day du bureau de Paris ! A cette occasion, 55 collaborateurs ont participé les 25 & 26 novembre aux Journées Nationales de Collecte des Banques Alimentaires afin de récolter des denrées pour l’Association La Mie de Pain. 21 heures de collecte dans 2 magasins partenaires qui nous ont permis de récolter 1271kg de denrées soit l’équivalent de plus de 1700 repas chauds à distribuer ! Toute l’équipe Volunteer Day remercie chaleureusement les participants & donateurs qui ont fait de cette collecte un si grand succès.     Soirée Network : Women at Oliver Wyman

    Dans le cadre de notre événement Women at Oliver Wyman sur le thème de la Mobilité Durable, nous avons eu l’honneur de recevoir Barbara Dalibard, Présidente du Conseil de Surveillance de Michelin.   Devant plus de 60 dirigeantes d’entreprises et collaboratrices Oliver Wyman, Barbara Dalibard a partagé ses convictions fortes sur le sujet : « Il faudra faire “feu de tout bois” pour répondre aux objectifs de réduction des émissions dans la mobilité ».   Nous la remercions pour son discours éclairant et inspirant, ainsi que toutes les femmes présentes qui ont fait de cette soirée un vrai moment de partage !  #OWEvents #RSE #ESG #Mobilité
