Have you just finished your studies and wondering what’s next? At ATP, we’ve got an idea. Every year, we welcome a new group of graduates from a variety of academic backgrounds. Our graduate programme is designed to help your career get off to a great start – providing you with the tools, experience and network you need to succeed. From day one, graduates are hired into permanent positions. The first year is a dedicated period for learning and development, allowing you to focus on developing your skills and understanding the company’s culture. What can you expect? Throughout the programme, you’ll get plenty of opportunity to learn about the organisation and develop your skillset through relevant courses and workshops. Amongst other things, you can look forward to the following: A full introduction to ATP You’ll gain insight into our various departments and business areas, learning how we operate and what drives our purpose. As an integral part of the programme, you will also get to explore a different professional role within the organisation. Workshops and courses One of the key parts of the programme is our many courses and workshops. For example, you’ll partake in a course designed specifically to improve your personal communication and presentation skills. Whether it’s for a planned meeting or a brief pitch, you’ll learn how to speak clearly and confidently. The course is developed together with a stage actor and includes techniques from both communication and rhetoric. The Graduate Case Competition (GCC) The GCC is an annual event where all graduates work in teams to solve a real-life business case. In 2025, the focus was on finding innovative ways to encourage employees to apply the corporate strategy in their daily work. At the end, you’ll present your solution to a panel of managers. The best ideas may even be developed further. Build a social network Yet, while the graduate programme allows for your professional development, it is also an opportunity to get to know other recent graduates across the organisation and to build a social network. While Danish might not be your primary language, you should be comfortable using Danish in your day-to-day work. We recognize that this might seem like mixed signals for English-speaking candidates, but it's important for us to ensure that all graduates can effectively engage with our Danish-speaking teams and culture.
