About the speakers
Charlotte Leenknegt – Scrum Master
Charlotte has a Masters Degree from the KULeuven in Western Literature and in Information Management. After graduating in 2011, she started her career in IT as a tester and test coordinator, working as a consultant first at ING, then at Acerta. In 2017 she was hired at BNP Paribas Fortis and since then, she's had a front-row seat to the Agile transformation in her current role as a Scrum Master for various Easybanking front-end development teams.

Emily Degraeve – Chapter Lead
Emily graduated from the KU Leuven in 2015 with a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology. After joining her first HR-related role at Accenture, her interest grew to explore IT and she transferred to become a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) analyst. Today, she is happy to work as a Chapter Lead at the Agile Center of Expertise (CoE) at BNP Paribas Fortis. This enables her to combine her interest in people, continuous improvement, and IT.
