Empower Our Dior Talents in the Tech Department through the Transformative ACT Project (Accountability, Collaboration, Trust)

At Dior, we value and empower our teams to thrive.

Since 2021, Christian Dior Couture has been empowering our D_NEXT Talents in the Tech Department through the transformative ACT project (Accountability, Collaboration, Trust). This initiative aims to reshape collaboration and management behaviors for enhanced collective performance.



Through immersive seminars guided by expert coaches, over 200 Talents have engaged in reflective exercises and the daily practical application of the ACT project’s fundamental values, including excellence, pragmatism, harmony, solidarity, and self-improvement. Today, these values are integral to the identity of D_NEXT, shaping its culture and guiding every new joiner.



‘The ACT initiative is an ambitious project that is part of the relational line of D_NEXT's transformation (renewing the mindset and managerial practices) in connection with our organizational transformation and our ambition to transform all the businesses of the House through technology,’ shares Jean-Charles VERDIER, Chief Information Officer.



‘The success of this transformation project relied on both individual Dior Talents and the ability of each one to work together, as well as the significant involvement of the sponsor leaders: Michele de Giorgis, Jean-Marc PRIOU, and Emmanuel des Dorides. ACT is a living project that is constantly reinventing itself in line with the changing context and new challenges,’ adds Jennifer COHEN, Learning & Talent Development HQ Director.
