What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
In my view, #DreamInDior is to be free to express our hidden sensibility, wake our unrevealed wishes and not to be ashamed to have limitless dreams and provide new ideas to what exists while keeping the identity and the supreme savoir-faire of the House. It also embodies the transformation of the realistic world into an oniric one. In this world embroidered with beauty and emotions, little by little, the spirit forgets the barriers and fills with ambition and power in order to achieve unachievable targets.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What I love in my work is to keep our customers satisfied by having a proximity with the items and ensuring their highest level of quality. The fact of giving another life to customers’ items and figuring out their issues by repairing enables me to cultivate an appreciation for excellence and attention to details. Being part of this sustainable process is exceptional and stimulating; it strengthens my sense of responsibilities.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior's commitment to creativity and self-expression builds my growth. Each day at Dior, I am feeling like someone new. I become more and more myself and discover myself at the same time. On the one hand, the House helps me to grow professionally by exalting my imagination and gaining a team spirit to advance all together in symbiosis. On the other hand, it helps me to grow personally by developing my human contact and by daring more often. Thanks to the freedom of showing who I am, I can channel my stress and pursue my ambitious goals.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
When I face challenges, I am lucky to rely on my team members because they are comprehensive, supportive and sweet. Thanks to them, I can push my boundaries and put forward new ideas to improve the current processes. A special thank-you to my exceptional co-worker and supervisor Victoria LU, working as a Customer Quality Manager, who constantly inspires me with her singular personality. She has a special human sense, an optimistic vision and highlights the best of me to find solutions and blossom. She gives me the tools to enhance my soft and hard skills so that I can embellish my journey at Dior.
