Every day, I walk through the office doors knowing that my ideas can be a part of something far greater - a Maison that believes in excellence and the power of youth.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What truly amazes me is how Dior transforms human potential into artistry. In Global Talent Development, I witness firsthand how careers are not just guided - they’re sculpted with intention. The alignment between craftsmanship, creativity, and people development is incredibly inspiring. Every project feels like a bridge between strong heritage and endless future possibilities.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior nurtures curiosity and champions bold thinking. Whether it’s leading projects on internal mobility, shaping new feedback processes for talent transitions, or co-creating with global teams, I’m constantly challenged to stretch beyond the expected. I’m encouraged to listen, learn, and lead, even as an intern, with the confidence that my voice and opinion matters.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
When navigating challenges, I’m grateful to rely on the exceptional guidance of Randy Baran and Laurence Ibrahim, whose mentorship brings not only a wealth of experience and expertise, but also clarity, warmth, and unwavering support. I also draw strength from my incredible colleagues in HR and fellow interns who remind me daily that collaboration fuels courage. Together, we push boundaries and lift each other up the ladder while doing so.
