What does #DreamInDior mean to you?

Melanie: 'When I think of #DreamInDior, elegance, sophistication and dedication instantly come to mind. These key values of Monsieur Christian Dior encourage me to continue chasing my dreams, one of which was to work for the House, which I’m truly grateful for.'

Eva: 'For me, #DreamInDior means that everyone is given the chance to integrate an inspiring and iconic House such as Dior which supports youth in their project. Thanks to passion and determination, every talent has the keys to success. Believe in your dreams!'

What amazes you the most in your work?

Melanie: 'Maison has a unique environment full of truly talented individuals, that inspires me every day. It amazes me that our work is helping to carry Monsieur Christian Dior’s legacy on, helping to elevate client satisfaction that he emphasized greatly.'

Eva: 'I really enjoy developing innovating textiles and discover new techniques for the collections by interacting with stylists and suppliers while respecting the codes of Christian Dior. Besides, the sustainable approach of sourcing new materials for a more responsible future is very inspiring. Furthermore, I appreciate to know that the Savoir-Faire of this luxury House is perpetual through generations.'

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Melanie: 'Dior has constantly helped to push me out of my comfort zone to learn new skills, yet at the same time has made me feel supported, that growth is not a straight line and is a process. Dedication & passion are drivers in this “Maison des Reves” that I believe will stick with me for a long time.'

Eva: 'Seeing I can help my team with the tasks I'm in charge of, helps to be more confident in my professional life. The internship also enables me to understand that the diversity in a luxury House is very important to create cohesion and to success in our job.'
