What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
#DreamInDior is about immersing myself into the captivating universe of Victoire De Castellane and the rich heritage of Christian Dior as their aesthetics, creativity and inspirations resonates with me profoundly. Yet, it's also about taking that connection to another level by igniting the imagination of our clients with the House's breathtaking jewelry creations. It's about bringing the magic of Dior to life and making every client's Dream in Dior a reality.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What truly inspires me in my role is the daily synergy with our boutiques, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing sales opportunities to contribute at my own level to the regional success of the category. I find fulfilment in the blend of qualitative and quantitative work, recognizing the importance of both in guiding each decision made and in ensuring each piece of jewelry finds its perfect place at the perfect time. This not only enhances the overall client experience but also drives sales, reinforcing my commitment to excellence in every aspect of my work.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior acts as a catalyst for my daily growth by providing a stimulating and dynamic environment that encourages creativity and innovation. Through exposure to diverse perspectives and experiences, I am constantly challenged to expand my skills and knowledge. Whether it's through collaborative projects, training sessions, led by Angel Viera Martinez, or networking opportunities, Dior empowers me to push boundaries and strive for excellence in everything I do.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
When facing challenges, I rely on the unwavering support and guidance of my manager, Yann-Brice Dherbier, “Watch & Jewelry Director – France & Monaco”. His great experience, combined with his constant encouragement, understanding, and dedication, empowers me to navigate obstacles confidently. He trusts the decisions I make, listens to my opinions, and consistently acknowledges my contributions. Therefore, I extend my gratitude to him for being an invaluable mentor and ally in my journey. I also want to acknowledge the Watch & Jewelry EMEA Team, especially Josephine Yu and Alexis Barkerfor their daily support and collaborative efforts. Last but not least, I want to thank the whole Merchandising and Marketing Teams - France & Monaco, with whom I share an open space and whose presence adds fun and joy to my days.
